A Hard Lines coffee subscription sends freshly roasted speciality coffee to your door automatically. Choose the coffee, grind size, quantity and delivery frequency that suits you, and we’ll roast, pack and send it on repeat.
You can subscribe weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
What coffee can I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to Hard Lines favourites like House Party, Canton Blend and I ♥ Decaf, or choose the Coffee Club Subscription if you want to try something different each month.
Coffee Club is a good choice if you like discovering new coffees. We regularly rotate the selection so you can enjoy fresh, seasonal coffees without having to choose a new bag each time.
What is the Coffee Club Subscription?
The Coffee Club Subscription is our rotating coffee subscription. It’s designed for people who want to try new and exciting coffees, including fresh releases and coffees that may not yet be available to the general public.
It’s the easiest way to keep fresh speciality coffee at home while discovering something new each month.
When do subscription coffees change?
Our subscription coffee selection changes on the 21st of every month. This helps us keep your subscription fresh, seasonal and interesting.
Is delivery free on coffee subscriptions?
Yes. Hard Lines coffee subscriptions include free UK shipping.
How often will my coffee be delivered?
You can choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery when setting up your subscription.
You can also change your delivery frequency later from your account if your coffee routine changes.
Can I choose whole bean or ground coffee?
Yes. You can choose whole bean or select a grind size to suit how you brew at home.
Choose whole bean if you grind fresh before brewing. Choose coarse for cafetière or cold brew, medium for pour over or AeroPress, and fine for espresso or moka pot
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. You can change your coffee, grind size, delivery frequency or delivery address from your account dashboard.
Make any changes before your next billing date so they apply to your next order.
Can I pause or skip my coffee subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery from your account dashboard.
This is useful if you’re away, have too much coffee, or just need a short break.
Can I cancel my coffee subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Hard Lines coffee subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically based on the delivery frequency you choose. Your subscription renews before each order is roasted, packed and shipped.
When will my subscription order be shipped?
Subscription orders are roasted, packed and shipped every weekday. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I buy a coffee subscription as a gift?
Yes. Gift subscriptions work like regular subscriptions, but the coffee is sent to the recipient’s chosen address.
The person buying the gift is billed for each recurring payment until the chosen gift subscription period has finished.
Can I pay for a gift subscription upfront?
At the moment, gift subscriptions are billed as recurring payments until the chosen duration has passed. We currently can’t process gift subscriptions as a single one-off payment.

How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your Hard Lines account to manage your subscription. From there, you can update your delivery frequency, grind preference, address, payment details, upcoming orders, pauses and cancellations.
