Can I choose whole bean or ground coffee?
Yes. You can choose whole bean or select a grind size to suit how you brew at home.
Choose whole bean if you grind fresh before brewing. Choose coarse for cafetière or cold brew, medium for pour over or AeroPress, and fine for espresso or moka pot
Is delivery free over £30?
Yes, that's right! If you spend £30 or more we offer free shipping if you're within mainland United Kingdom.
All Hard Lines coffee subscriptions include free UK shipping.
What are you're shipping options?

All orders with a combined total of £30.00 or over qualify for automatic free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
UK Mainland Shipping
Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £3.80. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days via Royal Mail 48.
Next Day Delivery
For fully tracked next-day delivery, select the 24hr option at checkout (additional charges apply). Orders must be received by 1 PM Monday-Friday for same-day dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Air Express to Europe, North America, Australia, and Japan. Delivery times range from 1-3 working days with full tracking and signature required. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your UK order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, or your international order after 14 days, please contact us immediately at orders@hard-lines.co.uk with your order number.
When will my subscription order be shipped?
Subscription orders are roasted, packed and shipped every weekday. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I buy a coffee subscription as a gift?
Yes. Gift subscriptions work like regular subscriptions, but the coffee is sent to the recipient’s chosen address.
The person buying the gift is billed for each recurring payment until the chosen gift subscription period has finished.
Can I pay for a gift subscription upfront?
At the moment, gift subscriptions are billed as recurring payments until the chosen duration has passed. We currently can’t process gift subscriptions as a single one-off payment.

A Hard Lines coffee subscription is best for anyone who drinks coffee regularly and wants fresh speciality coffee delivered without having to reorder.
It’s especially good if you want freshly roasted coffee at home, free UK shipping, flexible delivery, and the option to pause, change or cancel whenever you need to.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log in to your Hard Lines account to manage your subscription. From there, you can update your delivery frequency, grind preference, address, payment details, upcoming orders, pauses and cancellations.
