Our coffees are chosen and roasted to do a very specific job, taste brilliant, perform consistently in a real service and give people a reason to order another cup.
House Party is the dependable one, sweet, balanced and reliably delicious, cup after cup. It’s a coffee your team can count on and your customers will want to come back to.
Alongside it, we roast a changing line-up of seasonal coffees for filter and guest espresso. These bring variety to the menu and give you plenty of ways to keep your coffee offer fresh and interesting throughout the year.
We also supply retail bags, so customers can enjoy the same coffees at home.
Training
Good coffee needs confident people!
Every Hard Lines wholesale partner has access to friendly, practical barista training. At our Cardiff roastery, our training team covers the important stuff: espresso, milk, dialling in, workflow and keeping everything tasting consistent when service gets busy.
The sessions are friendly, practical and built around the real world, not a perfect training-room version of it. If someone is brand new to coffee, we’ll make it make sense. If they’ve been behind a machine for years, we’ll help sharpen what they already know. And for anyone who wants to go further, we also offer SCA training in Barista Skills and Sensory Skills.
