Based at our roastery, the Production Assistant plays an important role in the daily running of our production operation. You'll support a wide range of tasks across the roastery, including packing and dispatching coffee to our customers and partners, while helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

The role follows a fixed working pattern throughout the week, although some flexibility may be required from time to time. Previous experience in a busy production, warehouse or fulfilment environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

●  Bagging, picking and packing customer orders.
●  Using fulfilment software to process orders accurately.
●  Maintaining equipment and keeping the workspace clean and organised.
●  Dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
●  Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties.
●  Serving customers in the roastery shop.
●  Assisting with monitoring and responding to customer emails.
