Smooth and versatile, with dark chocolate and citrus notes, think chocolate orange with hints of Earl Grey, G&T, and crisp green apple.
This blend is sourced from producers in the high-altitude regions surrounding Jaén, the main city of Cajamarca in northern Peru. Rich volcanic soils, tropical rainfall, and an ideal climate combine to create exceptional conditions for high-quality Arabica coffee.
In 2018, Falcon Peru established an SARL export company in Jaén, alongside a small warehouse and quality control lab. To further support producers, Falcon installed dedicated drying facilities near the warehouse, helping ensure optimal moisture levels and preserve cup quality.
These smallholder producers harvest coffee during the middle of the season and process it on their farms using hand-pulping machines, fermentation tanks, and patios or raised beds for drying. Once processed, the parchment coffee is delivered to Falcon’s warehouse in Jaén, where it undergoes grading, moisture testing, roasting, and cupping.

For any urgent orders we would recommend using our 24hr service: as long as your order is received by 1 pm, we will be dispatched the same day between Monday and Friday.

Non-Consumable Goods
We are happy to accept returns for any faulty equipment or products. To initiate a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please send them to Hard Lines Coffee Roasters, Unit 13 Fairfield Industrial Estate, Gwaelod y Garth, Cardiff CF15 8LA. Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase. If the goods are not faulty, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and you must provide proof of the return. For faulty items, we will arrange for collection using our courier service, and you'll need to be available for the scheduled pickup.
Consumable Goods
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order, we only offer replacements or refunds for coffee if it is faulty or damaged. Any such claims will be assessed by our Production team and Head of Coffee. Recyclable post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging
Our Wastemade™ RE:MONO laminate is made from up to 85% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material. The carbon footprint is approximately half that of conventional plastic made from virgin fossil fuels. Food safe with a high barrier to oxygen and moisture.
All our bags are suitable for recycling under LDPE4 at your local supermarket.
