"Where did the Big Blend go?!"
You might ask.
Well you could think of the Canton Blend as a new and improved Big Blend.
In line with our recent packaging changes, it felt important for us to build a blend inspired by our community. It was an opportunity to develop something special, something to acknowledge our everyday drinkers and weekend visitors, an expression of affection to our neighbourhood - a postcard to send a friend missing home.
And so we have the Canton Blend: grounding, familiar and reliable. Designed and perfected by our baristas with our regulars in mind, this blend is a love letter to Canton.
The Canton Blend combines three different coffees giving it the perfect balance of acidity, sweetness and body.
El Salvador (50%) is where the boldness and body comes from, Guatemala (25%) holds the juicy sweetness and Kenya (25%) brings the crisp acidity. A lot of time has gone into building this blend and finding the perfect balance - resulting in what we think is a damn fine cup of coffee.
A new name and stronger identity also places this coffee at the heart of what we love to do. The Canton cafe is where we serve, socialise, and connect directly with you, and the idea is to make this coffee part of the experience.
After closing the doors for some light refurbishment and maintenance in April the cafe feels better than ever, this coffee is the cherry on top of the overall look and feel of the space. So even when you can’t decide what you want on the food menu, this coffee will always be in the hopper.
