Cornelio Ordoñez started farming coffee about 40 years ago. In those days he inherited a small plot of land but without any crops. Initially, he started working on the farms of other people and with the money that he earned he could buy his first coffee plants.

Little by little he managed to invest his earnings and grow his plantation. The farm has a humid soil, continuous winds, clouds, and relatively low temperatures. “It is for this reason that we put love and dedication to planting because we know our farm has good characteristics.” Cornelio says.

His aspirations for the future are to focus on improving his wet mill and have a soil analysis conducted so that he can take decisions based on what is best for his coffee in his context.
