Sitting at 1,600 metres above sea level, Finca El Jardin has 14 hectares planted with around 65,000 Red and Yellow Catuai and Pacas coffee trees. Citrus and avocado also grow across the farm for the family and local markets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"803\"\u003eOnce picked, the coffee is mechanically demucilaged and fermented for around 30 hours. It is then carefully sun-dried on raised nylon mesh for 12–15 days.
