The role of Wholesale Customer Support is integral to the smooth running of the Wholesale team and is key to the success of how we service, attract and retain customers to our growing wholesale client base.
The three main aspects to this role are delivering exceptional customer service to our wholesale customers, leading and delivering the training and maintenance programme for wholesale customers and managing deliveries.
You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, which you will bring to all aspects of this role.
You will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships, enjoy working on your own and as part of a team and will be methodical and solutions-focussed in your approach to your work. You will have an understanding of and be interested in the UK coffee industry.
