What you'll need:
- Clever Dripper & Filters
- 20g good quality ground coffee (medium-coarse grind)
- 300ml boiled water
- Tablespoon
- Scales
- Timer
- Mug
Step 1
Rinse your Clever Dripper and filter paper with boiling water.
Step 2
Set and start your timer for 6 minutes as you add 300ml of boiling water to the Clever Dripper. Next add 20g (2.5 heaped teaspoons) of ground coffee on top.
Step 3
Stir to combine the coffee and water and make sure the grounds are saturated.
Pop on the lid.
Step 4
After 2 minutes remove the lid, stir the coffee and break the crust.
Pop the lid back on.
Step 5
After 6 minutes place the Clever Dripper on your mug and watch the coffee draw down. You're aiming for all coffee to be in your mug within 30-60 seconds after the draw starts. Drink and enjoy!
Notes:
Always add water first and coffee second, this stops the coffee from choking during the draw down.
